Millbrook Lodge is situated in Brockworth and offers residential and nursing care in a modern but homely environment to 80 residents.
We are looking for you to work as a care assistant making a real difference to our residents’ lives every day. Along with supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use) we are looking for the right people to genuinely care for our residents and create a happy, fulfilled life for them. You’ll become part of our extended family too, bringing kindness, exceptional care and dignity to our care homes. Some days may be challenging but you will laugh, have fun and make lasting memories. You will be a great communicator and able to build relationships and positive working and living environments. We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care to build diverse teams with varied life experience. Induction training and ongoing development opportunities are provided to help you build a career with us. We’d love you to love your job.
