Orders of St. John Care Trust in the UK is seeking a Care Leader to oversee a small team of carers in our Salisbury-based care home.
You will plan and implement high-quality, person-centred care, ensure care plans are regularly reviewed, and support the Home Manager to maintain residents' security, dignity and independence.
You should have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or NVQ Level 2 with intent to study for Level 3, with supervisory experience and strong communication.
