Ridgeway House
Ridgeway House is set in its own gardens, minutes from Royal Wootton Bassett town centre with easy access from Swindon and the M4 motorway. The home offers residential, respite and day care and serves 43 residents.
Care Assistant
Contracted Hours: 36
We are looking for a care assistant who can make a real difference to residents' daily lives. The role involves supporting daily routines and personal care, such as washing, bathing and toilet use, and providing compassionate, dignified care. Some days may be challenging but you will also share laughter, fun and lasting memories as part of our extended family. We welcome both experienced carers and those new to the sector. Induction training and ongoing development opportunities are provided to build a rewarding career. You should be a great communicator and able to build relationships, fostering positive working and living environments.
