Orders of St. John Care Trust in Melksham is seeking an experienced Head of Care to join Melksham Gardens, our brand-new 80-bed home opening in 2027. You will lead the care team, develop care plans and ensure high standards of person-centred care from day one.
Role involves establishing new processes, rota planning, recruitment and training, plus building a positive team culture. You will work closely with the Home Manager to prepare for residents and deliver compassionate care.
