Orders of St. John Care Trust in Melksham is recruiting a Night Care Leader for our brand-new 80-bed care home opening in 2027. The role is permanent, 42 hours per week, paying £16.90 per hour, and you’ll join a team dedicated to compassion, safety and high-quality night-time care.
You’ll lead a small night-shift team, support colleagues, maintain care plans and records, and help establish routines and a warm, reassuring environment for residents from day one.
