Patchett Lodge offers residential and day care for up to 30 residents and Ermine House offers compassionate residential and respite care for up to 44 residents in Lincoln.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to residents, including personal care (washing, bathing, assistance with toilet use) and daily routines.
- Offer compassionate, individualised care to residents, contributing to a happy, fulfilled life and a positive living environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to build relationships and maintain a supportive atmosphere.
- Work as part of a team to ensure high standards of care and dignity in all interactions.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Open to both experienced carers and those new to care; induction and ongoing development opportunities are provided.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working and living environments.
