Interim Head of Group Reporting and Accounts (9-12 Months Fixed Term)
Location: Lincoln As Interim Head of Group Reporting and Accounts you will be responsible for the statutory accounting and reporting for the Trust, the Group consolidated accounts, subsidiary accounts and joint ventures.
You will lead the external audit process, learning from past years to anticipate the external auditors’ requirements, demonstrating a pro-active approach to preparing for the audit with the aim of reducing the length of audit and ensuring the accounts are signed off more promptly.
This role has responsibility for CQC market oversight reporting, ensuring reports are accurate and delivered within the timescales specified by regulatory bodies.
In addition the role has responsibility for the financial management, management reporting and business partnering for the Elmfield Care group of companies.
This includes working with the management team to deliver annual budgeted profits.
