We are now recruiting an Income Services Advisor in our Lincolnshire office! OSJCT are looking for a vibrant individual to come and work within our dynamic and fast-paced Income Services team. The team are responsible for issuing accurate invoices to care funders. The role will undertake data input and validation to ensure right first-time delivery, so attention to detail is a key. The role will have significant contact with our homes and services, local authorities, and other care funders. The successful candidate will be expected to build & maintain exceptional working relationships with them to deliver a service that is right first time. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to deliver excellent service through taking responsibility for what they do. They will be able to have positive and effective conversations with colleagues and care funders by balancing assertiveness with empathy.
