Boultham Park House is located in the southern outskirts of Lincoln, close to shops and a wide range of local amenities. We offer residential, dementia and day care set in our own grounds and overlooking Boultham Park. The home accommodates up to 35 residents.

About the Role: We’re looking for a care assistant to work with residents, supporting daily routines and personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet use. You’ll bring kindness, exceptional care and dignity to our care homes and create a happy, fulfilled life for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily routines and activities.
- Provide personal care including washing, bathing and toilet support.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Be part of an extended family that brings kindness and dignity to the home.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a carer or willingness to learn and develop.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Commitment to providing compassion and respect for all residents.
