The role leads a small night-time care team, maintains safety and high-quality care, and ensures accurate record-keeping and care plan reviews.
You’ll have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or Level 2 with plans to upgrade) and a passion to progress in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
