The Lakes is a 64 bed Care Home in Cirencester, part of the Orders of St. John Care Trust, offering Day, Respite, Residential and Dementia care. We are seeking a Care Leader to manage a small team and ensure security, dignity and independence in our residents.
You will plan, implement and review care plans, support a team of carers, and work closely with the Home Manager to provide high standards of person‑centred care in a nurturing environment.
