You’ll lead the night shift on site, supporting residents with daily routines and personal care, and you’ll be the most senior person on duty during quiet night hours without needing to travel between locations. You’ll work with a caring team, ensuring safety, companionship, and high-quality care while following training, PPE protocols, and the Trust’s values.
