Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking a Night Care Leader for our Marden Court home in Calne. You will head a small night-team, ensuring wakeful security and the highest standard of resident care, with reviews of care plans and accurate record-keeping.
You'll hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or NVQ2 with planned progression) and be motivated to develop into increased leadership responsibilities while supporting residents with compassion and professionalism.
