Contracted Hours: Bank shifts to cover annual leave and sickness, 9pm-7am
Eresby Hall offers compassionate residential and dementia care for up to 41 residents in a well-tended garden setting in Spilsby. We are looking for a care assistant to support daily routines, personal care (washing, bathing, toilet assistance) and to genuinely care for residents, making a real difference to their lives each day. You will communicate effectively, build relationships, and create positive working and living environments. You should be supportive when challenging moments arise. Both experienced carers and those new to care are welcome; induction training and ongoing development opportunities are provided.
