Location: Larkrise Care Centre, Banbury, OX16 0RD

Pay rate: £13.78 per hour (NVQ and weekend enhancements available)

Contracted Hours: 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Providing compassionate care, supporting daily routines, personal care (washing, bathing, toilet use) and creating a happy and fulfilled life for residents.
  • You will work with staff to support residents' needs, build relationships and maintain a warm, supportive environment.
  • Induction training and ongoing development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications & Experience

  • We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a caring attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
