Pay rate: £13.78 per hour (NVQ and weekend enhancements available)
Contracted Hours: 35 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate care, supporting daily routines, personal care (washing, bathing, toilet use) and creating a happy and fulfilled life for residents.
- You will work with staff to support residents' needs, build relationships and maintain a warm, supportive environment.
- Induction training and ongoing development opportunities are provided.
Qualifications & Experience
- We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care.
- Candidates should demonstrate a caring attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
