A Glimpse into Your Future at Orderly Network

Orderly's Partnership team accelerates the growth of our ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and supporting builders and partners who build on top of Orderly's infrastructure. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our partner ecosystem — building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective partners, tracking relationship progress through structured CRM workflows, and ensuring partners are activated and growing on Orderly.

This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for someone who thinks in systems — who can apply internet‑era frameworks (funnel management, data‑driven tracking, automated workflows) to relationship building and pipeline management at scale.

• What will you be working on?
  • Identify and engage prospective partners across key markets, prioritizing relationships that can generate trading activity, trading volume, and long‑term business value.
  • Build relationships with project teams, trading communities, affiliates, KOLs, brokers, exchanges, and other relevant partners to develop scalable acquisition channels.
  • Manage the full BD lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management.
  • Develop and execute partnership initiatives across English‑speaking/Japan/South Korea markets, taking local market dynamics and business opportunities into account.
  • Track partner performance and evaluate the impact of partnerships on trading volume, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant business metrics.
  • Maintain an accurate partner database and use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and structured follow‑up processes to manage opportunities efficiently.
  • Work with Marketing, Product, Operations, and BD colleagues to execute growth initiatives and improve partner activation and retention.
  • Monitor industry developments, identify emerging opportunities, and continuously refine outreach and partnership strategies.
• About you
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in crypto BD, partnerships, affiliate growth, or business development at a trading platform or related business.
  • Professional English proficiency is required, including the ability to communicate effectively with international partners in business discussions and negotiations.
  • Native or native‑level proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a strong plus, especially with a good understanding of the local market. Candidates with strong English skills and relevant networks in these markets are also welcome.
  • An established and actionable network of project teams, trading communities, affiliates, KOLs, brokers, or other relevant partners.
  • Evidence of business impact: You can explain how your previous work generated trading volume, activated partners, acquired users, or contributed to revenue.
  • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills, with the ability to turn initial conversations into active partnerships.
  • A data‑driven mindset: You are comfortable managing pipelines, tracking conversion, analyzing partner performance, and prioritizing opportunities based on business impact.
  • A strong sense of ownership: You are proactive, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and follow‑through: You can manage multiple stakeholders, set clear expectations, and maintain consistent follow‑up.
  • A collaborative approach: You work effectively with cross‑functional teams while taking responsibility for your own goals and deliverables.
• Nice to have
  • Experience in CEX, DEX, perpetual futures, CFD, or other trading‑related businesses.
  • A demonstrated ability to bring in active traders, trading volume, or high‑value strategic partners.
  • Established relationships and strong market knowledge in English‑speaking markets, Japan, or South Korea.
  • Experience building partnerships across multiple regions or market segments.
