Hello, we're Order+Chaos. We're a creative agency built to bridge the gap between brands and the cultural voices shaping today's world. Over the last 18 months, we've worked with brands including TikTok, Netflix, Sony Music, Paramount+, BAFTA, Uber and Hinge, delivering everything from creator experiences and live events to film premieres, cultural moments and large-scale brand activations.
As the business continues to grow, we're looking for ambitious, talented people to join the team and help shape what's next.
What You'll Be Working On
- Film premieres and red carpet events
- Creator and influencer experiences
- Entertainment launches
- Cultural partnerships and live moments
- Industry summits and conferences
- Community-led experiences
- Brand activations and campaigns
The Role
This role is central to how Order+Chaos operates. It's about creating the systems, supplier relationships, production standards and team structure that allow us to deliver increasingly ambitious work without losing the care, creativity and attention to detail that got us here in the first place. This isn't just a logistics role. It's about how the work gets made. How teams feel on-site. How clients experience the process from first call to debrief. How we show up for each other under pressure. How ideas evolve from a pitch deck into a real-world experience. We care as much about the journey as we do about the final moment when the lights come up and the doors open.
We're looking for someone who does too. You’ll work closely with the founder across both agency operations and client projects, helping shape not just how we deliver work, but how the business grows. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable building a budget, leading an install, mentoring a producer, negotiating with suppliers and sitting in a creative development session figuring out how an idea can become reality.
Your Responsibilities
- Event & Project Delivery
- Being ultimately responsible for making it happen, on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard
- Leading end-to-end production of live events, brand activations, premieres, launches, pop-ups and experiential campaigns
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, consistency and profitability across the portfolio
- Managing timelines, budgets, reconciliations, risk assessments and delivery plans
- Creating and maintaining core production documentation including call sheets, site plans, schedules, production bibles and operational plans
- Leading client, venue and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery
- Holding the creative vision through production — protecting what matters, flexing what doesn't
- Production Leadership & Team Development
- Helping build and lead the production function at Order+Chaos
- Supporting, mentoring and developing producers, coordinators and freelance teams
- Identifying resource requirements and scaling project teams appropriately
- Establishing production standards and best practice across the business
- Creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence
- Acting as a senior point of escalation across projects
- Process & Operations
- Building systems, workflows and processes that enable the business to scale
- Refining project management, budgeting and reporting structures
- Improving how we brief, scope, budget, recce, deliver and evaluate projects
- Supporting onboarding for new team members, freelancers and collaborators
- Creating templates, trackers and internal tools that improve efficiency without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
- Production & Commercial Management
- Owning production planning across events, experiential campaigns, installations and branded experiences
- Managing supplier procurement, quotes, POs, reconciliations and invoicing
- Negotiating with venues, suppliers and freelancers while protecting creative quality and commercial outcomes
- Managing health & safety requirements, technical specifications and permissions alongside specialist partners
- Keeping a close eye on scope creep, identifying risks early and protecting project margins
- Finding smart ways to maximise impact within budget
- Pitch & Proposal Support
- Working closely with the founder and creative team on proposals, RFP responses and new business opportunities
- Building production approaches, staffing plans, timelines and budgets for pitches
- Advising on feasibility and delivery strategy from the earliest stages of development
- Helping shape case studies, wrap reports and agency credentials
- Culture & Craft
- Staying culturally attuned and understanding the context our experiences sit within
- Making sure our work is thoughtful, inclusive and relevant
- Attending creative development sessions to bridge the gap between idea and execution
- Championing operational excellence and attention to detail
- Bringing positive energy to projects and leading teams with calm, clarity and kindness
- Constantly asking not just 'Can we do this?' but 'How can we make it better?'
Essentials
- Have 8–12+ years experience in experiential production, event production or integrated production with a strong live focus
- Have delivered complex, high-profile projects from concept through to completion

- Enjoy moving between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
- Have a strong network of trusted freelancers, venues, suppliers and production partners
- Know who to call when things need to happen quickly
- Enjoy mentoring and developing others
- Want to help build something, not just plug into an existing machine
