Hello, we're Order+Chaos. We're a creative agency built to bridge the gap between brands and the cultural voices shaping today's world. Over the last 18 months, we've worked with brands including TikTok, Netflix, Sony Music, Paramount+, BAFTA, Uber and Hinge, delivering everything from creator experiences and live events to film premieres, cultural moments and large-scale brand activations.

As the business continues to grow, we're looking for ambitious, talented people to join the team and help shape what's next.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior 3D Designer to become a core part of our creative team. We're looking for someone who can help shape experiences from the earliest stages of development, translating ideas into worlds, environments and experiences that feel differentiated. You'll work directly with the founders and creative team to develop concepts, create presentations, build visual narratives and design experiences from pitch stage through to live delivery.

You’ll know how to balance creativity with practicality, understand how experiences are built in the real world and be excited by the challenge of making every pound work harder. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing agency at a formative stage and have a genuine influence on the work, the culture and the future direction of the business.

What You'll Be Working On

Our projects sit at the intersection of entertainment, culture and community. Recent and upcoming projects include:

  • Film premieres and red carpet events
  • Creator and influencer experiences
  • Entertainment launches
  • Cultural partnerships and live moments
  • Industry summits and conferences
  • Community-led experiences
  • Brand activations and campaigns

The Role

Creative Development

  • Collaborating with strategists, creatives and producers to develop concepts
  • Contributing ideas during brainstorms and creative development sessions
  • Researching references, materials, environments and cultural inspiration
  • Helping shape audience journeys and experience design
  • Challenging ideas and pushing concepts further

We want someone who thinks creatively, not someone who waits for a fully formed brief.

Spatial & Experiential Design

  • Designing stages, scenic elements and installations
  • Creating branded environments and immersive experiences
  • Developing guest journeys and audience flows
  • Designing photo opportunities, hero moments and interactive experiences
  • Considering how people move through and engage with spaces
  • Ensuring concepts are grounded in audience experience

3D Visualisation

  • High-quality renders
  • Concept visuals
  • Floorplans and layouts
  • Presentation imagery
  • Fly-throughs and animations where required
  • Supporting pitch and new business opportunities

Production Collaboration

  • Developing concepts with budget realities in mind
  • Liaising with fabricators and suppliers
  • Supporting technical drawing development
  • Understanding production constraints and opportunities
  • Helping identify where investment will have the greatest creative impact

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • 4–8+ years experience in experiential, events, entertainment, exhibition or spatial design
  • Exceptional 3D visualisation skills
  • Strong understanding of experiential and environmental design
  • Experience developing projects from concept through to delivery
  • Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, composition and storytelling
  • Strong presentation design skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Software

  • Cinema 4D, Blender or equivalent
  • SketchUp
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • AutoCAD
  • Twinmotion, Unreal Engine or similar rendering platforms

Bonus Points

  • Entertainment, media or cultural sector experience
  • Scenic and fabrication knowledge
  • Motion and animation skills

The Kind of Person We're Looking For

  • You're excited by culture, entertainment and storytelling
  • You care about ideas as much as aesthetics
  • You're proactive and self-motivated
  • You enjoy collaborating with creatives and producers
  • You're comfortable working in a growing business
  • You want genuine ownership over your work
  • You're looking for somewhere you can make a real impact

What You'll Get

  • Opportunity to help shape a fast-growing creative business
  • Direct access to founders and senior clients
  • Genuine creative ownership
  • Diverse and culturally relevant projects
  • A collaborative, ambitious team environment
  • Hybrid working
  • Competitive salary dependent on experience
