As the business continues to grow, we're looking for ambitious, talented people to join the team and help shape what's next. We're looking for a Senior 3D Designer to become a core part of our creative team.
We're looking for someone who can help shape experiences from the earliest stages of development, translating ideas into worlds, environments and experiences that feel differentiated. You'll work directly with the founders and creative team to develop concepts, create presentations, build visual narratives and design experiences from pitch stage through to live delivery.

Creative Development
- Collaborating with strategists, creatives and producers to develop concepts
- Contributing ideas during brainstorms and creative development sessions
- Helping shape audience journeys and experience design
Spatial & Experiential Design
- Designing stages, scenic elements and installations
- Creating branded environments and immersive experiences
3D Visualisation
- High-quality renders
- Fly-throughs and animations where required
- Helping identify where investment will have the greatest creative impact
Requirements:
- 4–8+ years experience in experiential, events, entertainment, exhibition or spatial design
- Exceptional 3D visualisation skills
- Strong understanding of experiential and environmental design
- Experience developing projects from concept through to delivery
- Strong presentation design skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
Software:
- SketchUp
- Adobe Creative Suite
- AutoCAD
- Twinmotion, Unreal Engine or similar rendering platforms
