Peripatetic Support Manager – Learning Disability Services £50,000 per annum Learning Disability | Mental Health Care | Autism | Supported Living Job Description: A permanent Peripatetic Support Manager post has become available with a specialist provider of learning disability services across Essex and London. * £50,000 per annum * Must have a proven background in a Registered Manager/Service Manager role * 37.5 hours per week * Will be supporting services across Essex and London * Strong background in managing learning disability and/or mental health services * Job reference: JO19654 The successful candidate will be required to provide expert operational leadership, management support and intervention across learning disability services. Good communication skills, previous management experience and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential. Job requirements of the Peripatetic Support Manager: • Promote clinical and administrative arrangement, training and care planning within the services • Provide operational support, leadership and intervention where required • Maintain and monitor the health and welfare of residents • Ensure CQC National Minimum Standards regulations are met to ensure the needs, welfare and social inclusion of the residents are secured • Risk and performance analysis • Coaching and training • Ensure the overall smooth, efficient and effective running of the care services at all times Skills / Qualifications Required: • Previous experience as a Registered/Service Manager in learning disability services • Must hold RMA / NVQ5 or equivalent • Must be a car driver • Strong working knowledge of CQC guidelines and regulations • Passion for mental health care Supported Living Manager | Care Manager | Operations Manager | Registered Manager | Service Manager
