Complex Care Nurse | Clinical Nurse Lead | Care Manager Complex Care | Dementia Care | Nursing Care | Mental Health Care | Palliative Care Job Description: A permanent Complex Care Nurse post has become available with a reputable home care company in Reigate that specialise in providing specialist care across Surrey. * £22 per hour * Mainly office-base role * 21 hours per week, flexible shift pattern * Contracted hours to grow with business * Job reference: JO19657 The successful candidate will be required to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided to all clients receiving care at home. This will include complex care, mental health, learning disability and palliative care needs for people in Redhill and surrounding areas. Good communication skills, previous management experience and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential. Job requirements of the Complex Care Nurse: • Promote clinical and administrative arrangement for the branch • Train carers to ensure highest levels of care are provided to clients in their homes • Maintain and monitor the health and welfare of clients • Liaising with other healthcare professionals (clients, GPs and other multi-disciplinary team members, commissioners and stakeholders) • Ensure CQC National Minimum Standards regulations are met to ensure the needs, welfare and social inclusion of the clients are secured • Organising and attending regular staff meetings • Ensure the overall smooth, efficient and effective running of the care at all times Skills / Qualifications Required: • 3+ years previous experience within complex care • Have NMC PIN with 5 years post-qualification experience • Excellent communication skills • Previous experience with mentoring and training carers Clinical Lead Nurse / Care Manager / Nurse Manager / Team Leader
