Dorking, up to £60,000 per annum Clinical Lead Nurse Nursing Home | Elderly Care | Residential Care JOB DESCRIPTION: A permanent Clinical Lead Nurse post has become available in a reputable nursing home in Dorking, that specialises in elderly care. * Up to £60,000 per annum * 40 hours per week * Luxury home for the elderly * Nursing, residential and dementia care * Immediate interviews * Job reference JO19491 The successful Clinical Lead Nurse candidate will be required to assist the Manager in planning and implementing the highest quality of care to the homes frail elderly residents, some of who may suffer with dementia. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of nurses and carers and helping to ensure the smooth running of this reputable home. Good communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential.
