JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a reputable nursing home in Bromley, is currently looking to recruit a permanent Staff Nurse to help provide the highest levels of nursing care to their elderly residents.
- Registered Adult Nurse -RGN
- £22 per hour
- 33 hours per week
- Day shifts only
- CQC rating: Good
- Nursing and residential care to the elderly

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- You must be a qualified nurse - RGN - and have a valid NMC PIN
- Excellent communication skillsPassion for elderly and dementia care
- Dedication to providing the highest levels of care
- Previous experience within a similar setting
- Minimum 2 years' nursing experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGISTERED NURSE / RN / STAFF NURSE
- Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care
- Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered
- May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)
- Providing the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times
