The Role
We are looking for a
Booking Agent Assistant (30 hours per week)
to support a senior agent in booking shows for
Toy Tonics
in new cities and territories. The role requires excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus a strong interest in electronic music and the international club scene.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior agent with day-to-day tasks related to bookings.
- Research new promoters, venues, and territories for Toy Tonics artists.
- Manage and update artist schedules and availability.
- Assist with drafting offers, contracts, and deal memos.
- Maintain database of contacts and update CRM.
- Support with newsletters, pitches, and presentation materials.
- Track bookings and provide regular reporting to senior agent.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English essential, additional European languages a plus).
- Confident in emails and professional correspondence.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Interest in electronic music, events, and artist development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Previous experience in bookings, events, or music industry a plus (but not mandatory).
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
