What You\’ll Bring to the Table:

• Deep Technical Knowledge: You have an extensive understanding of Salesforce features and functionality, and can design and implement complex data models and integration solutions.
• Solution Design & Architecture: You design scalable and robust system architectures, develop detailed architecture diagrams, and ensure solutions align with business requirements and technical standards.
• Integration Expertise: You\’re proficient in integrating Salesforce with other systems and technologies, designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise integration solutions.
• Data Management: You implement data and process integrations, designing solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs.
• Security & Compliance: You implement technical solutions for identity and access management, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and organisational policies.
• Collaboration & Leadership: You work closely with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for solutions, lead technical teams, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: You identify and troubleshoot complex issues in system workflows, implement innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness, and continuously improve and optimise existing system processes.
• Continuous Learning & Adaptation: You stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technologies, adapt to new tools, methodologies, and industry trends, and participate in professional development and certification programs.

What You\’ll Do:

• Analyse & Design: Assess business processes and design system solutions that meet organisational needs.
• Develop & Implement: Create and deploy system workflows using Salesforce tools.
• Monitor & Optimise: Continuously monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Document & Train: Document solutions and provide training to ensure smooth adoption and operation.
• Collaborate & Lead: Lead project teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful system initiatives.

Your Experience:

• Integration Solutions: Designing and implementing integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
• Data Security & Privacy: Implementing robust data security measures and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Identity & Access Management: Designing solutions for secure and efficient user access and identity management.
• Large Data Volume Management: Handling and optimising performance for large data volumes (LDV) through techniques like indexing and partitioning.
• Cloud Architecture: Understanding architectural principles of cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, and multitiered infrastructure.
• Governance & Testing: Managing governance and testing capabilities for deployment and ongoing Salesforce modifications.
• Application Servers & Integration Patterns: Knowledge of application servers and integration patterns to design scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Development Best Practices: Ensuring that any Apex or Lightning Web Component code is built correctly, using best practices, and ensuring scalability.
• Technical Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks across the architecture.
