We are seeking a highly experienced Head of AI Centre of Excellence for a dynamic IT and Technology company based in London’s City and West End. This pivotal role involves leading the AI CoE, shaping the strategic direction of AI initiatives, and driving innovation across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing AI projects, leveraging their expertise in ChatGPT and OpenAI technologies to enhance the company's capabilities.
Flexibility is offered through a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site presence with remote work, providing a balanced and adaptable working environment.
- 3 years+ proven experience in leading a Centre of Excellence within the AI and/or Intelligent Automation domain.
- Strong background in ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Copilot (Microsoft) or similar conversational AI platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate AI innovation into practical business solutions.
- Experience in a private sector environment, ideally within a technology-focused organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in AI or machine learning are advantageous.
