We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this mid-level role, you will play a critical part in shaping and executing a marketing strategy that delivers measurable results in lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
Role Overview
You will help amplify Orchestrade’s brand across digital and physical channels through the creation of high-impact campaigns, compelling content, and well-executed events. This is a strategic and tactical role that requires both creative thinking and strong execution skills. You’ll work closely with Sales and Product leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring our messages reach and resonate with our target audiences. You will also contribute to the development of differentiated value propositions and continuously test and optimize campaign performance through digital analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Promotion & Demand Generation: Support the execution of marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads.
- Content Development: Create persuasive and tailored marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, blog posts, and digital assets, targeted at defined buyer personas.
- Campaign Management & Reporting: Assist in the planning, execution, and performance analysis of multi-channel campaigns. Track key performance metrics and share insights to improve future activity.
- Market Segmentation & Targeting: Support the development of go-to-market approaches based on deep understanding of addressable markets and buyer behavior.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver tools, messaging, and collateral to support sales effectiveness throughout the customer journey.
- Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events that enhance brand presence and generate leads.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use available marketing analytics and CRM data to evaluate campaign performance, audience engagement, and conversion effectiveness. Use these insights to inform strategy, optimize marketing activity, and provide reporting to management.
- Social Media Management: Manage the scheduling and publishing of social content across platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand tone.
- Website Maintenance: Assist in managing and updating the company’s WordPress-based website, ensuring content is current and on-brand.
