The BA team combines deep business understanding with a strong grasp of the system’s underlying design, enabling tight collaboration with development teams.

You will act as the internal reference for Back Office & Accounting across Energy & Commodities, ensuring consistency of delivery, promoting standardization, and accelerating client implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Run and support functional testing
  • Support client implementations end-to-end on the Back Office & Accounting stream
  • Produce and maintain high-quality documentation: standard operating procedures, setup guides, configuration playbooks and implementation checklists
  • Provide training to clients and internal teams on Back Office & Accounting workflows and standard setup
  • Contribute to product roadmap by identifying key product features to implement
  • Ensure high software quality and consistency across clients by promoting standardization and reducing one-off configurations
