Duties/Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery: Lead comprehensive training sessions (in-person and virtual) for external consultants and clients, focusing on key functions and system implementation.
  • Curriculum Development: Work with our Head of External Training to design and maintain technical training materials.
  • Consultant Enablement: Empower external implementation partners with the technical knowledge required to configure and support the platform across diverse client environments.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of Orchestrade’s functionalities.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess trainee progress through certifications and practical exams.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with major Portfolio or Risk Management Systems (e.g., Orchestrade, OpenLink Endur, Murex, Calypso, etc.).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of Capital Markets or Energy/Commodities Markets.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Financial Engineering.
  • Training Experience: Proven experience in teaching, specifically the ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible explanations.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to command a room with professionalism and manage diverse groups of stakeholders.
