Orchestra is an AI infrastructure company and we are the creators of Orchestra - the Control Plane for Data and AI. Data teams are overturning how they do their day-to-day. More people than ever want to use AI and Data to automate. But data teams still spend thousands of manual hours manually moving data, integrating tools, and firefighting ad-hoc requests. We’re solving that problem in massive enterprises like Experian and Octopus Energy, and are hiring for the team to scale our growth. Building the Orchestra platform was the first step, but our hardest challenges still lie ahead. If you're excited to solve some of AI’s biggest problems, build a generational company, and do it within a friendly, hard-working, talented, but humble team, then Orchestra is for you.
Role Mission
We need an SDR to lead the frontline of Orchestra's go-to-market, owning the initial conversations with our future customers. You'll run structured outbound across email, phone and LinkedIn against data and analytics teams who don't respond to generic pitches. You will own your own targets with real coaching behind you, at a company ambitious enough that how fast you learn is the only cap to how fast you grow.
What You'll Accomplish
- Outbound Prospecting: Researching target accounts, building lead lists, and reaching out via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Qualification: Running discovery calls and assessing prospects fit against our ICP.
- Product Evangelism: Clearly articulating the value of Orchestra and generating excitement with prospects.
- Pipeline Support: Setting up high-quality meetings for the commercial team and ensuring smooth handover of leads.
- Event Motion: Attending and supporting our events (online and in-person), engaging with prospects, and driving follow-ups.
- Growth Foundation: Laying the groundwork for a high-performing SDR function as we expand.
Exceptional Candidates Have Demonstrated
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or BDR role (ideally in SaaS or tech). Recent graduates with strong extracurricular sales/entrepreneurial experience will also be considered.
- Execution: Evidence of consistently hitting or exceeding KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated).
- Hustle: don’t take no for an answer, creative ways of finding people, "got that dog in them".
- Self-Starter: Hungry to succeed, with a growth mindset and the ability to operate independently in a startup environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you’re equally confident in either medium and can quickly build rapport.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern sales tools (Attio, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/other sequencing tools).
