The Senior Executive in Client Delivery is a key engine of Orchard’s day to day success. This role turns strategy into impactful work across media, content and campaigns. You’ll be creating strong client work, reliably and to a consistently high standard. Playing an active role in building brand narratives that earn attention and drive meaningful engagement. You are trusted to work on accounts, projects and relationships with confidence, ensuring clients feel looked after and delivery feels effortless.

To deliver high quality client work day to day, ensuring projects are well run, communication is clear, and Orchard’s standards are upheld across every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client delivery & management
- Support the delivery of clients, ensuring work is completed on time and to brief
- Act as a reliable day to day contact for clients, building trust through responsiveness and clarity
- Ensure tasks, actions and next steps are clearly defined and followed through
- Flag risks, issues or scope changes early and escalate appropriately
- Project & campaign coordination
- Deliver projects and campaigns under the guidance of senior team members
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to keep work moving smoothly
- Track timelines, deliverables and approvals, maintaining momentum across accounts
- Support effective use of resources by planning work realistically and proactively
- Media & Reputation Management
- Build strong relationships with media, journalists and key stakeholders
- Develop compelling pitches, press materials and reactive statements
- Monitor news, trends and sentiment to identify opportunities and risks
- Support clients through fast-moving or sensitive communications moments
- Content, activation & Social media support
- Translate brand strategy into ideas and stories that resonate with audiences
- Support the creation and delivery of content across social and PR channels, ensuring it is on-brand, channel-appropriate and commercially effective
- Assist in campaign activation by managing social publishing, reactive content and real-time engagement, helping brands show up consistently and credibly in culture
- Contribute to community management and influencer activity, supporting audience engagement, creator partnerships and performance tracking to strengthen reach and trust
- Reporting & evaluation
- Assist with monitoring, reporting and evaluation activity
- Gather data, results and insights to support client reporting
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely and aligned to agreed objectives
