We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join a busy and collaborative in-house creative team within a growing premium consumer brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects spanning both print and digital media. You'll be involved in creating impactful marketing materials, supporting brand campaigns and producing high-quality creative assets for international markets. Working closely with marketing and internal stakeholders, you'll take projects from initial concept through to final artwork and production, ensuring all materials are delivered accurately, on brand and within agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide range of printed marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, catalogues and promotional collateral.
  • Create point of sale materials, packaging artwork and exhibition graphics.
  • Develop digital content for social media, email marketing campaigns and online platforms.
  • Produce both static and motion-based creative assets.
  • Prepare artwork for print, including file setup, pre-press checks and print-ready output.
  • Collaborate with marketing and wider business teams to develop creative concepts and solutions.
  • Support internal stakeholders with presentations, corporate documents and branded communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing and internal materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Present creative ideas confidently and respond positively to feedback.

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a graphic design role, either within an agency or in-house creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across print and digital channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects would be advantageous.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of HTML for email marketing and digital content would be beneficial.
  • Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional English language, spelling and proofreading abilities.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and printing methods.
  • Experience attending print production runs would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Approachable, collaborative and comfortable working as part of a close-knit creative team.
  • Possess excellent colour perception and attention to visual accuracy.
