🚨 Head of Cyber Security Operations
📍 London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
💰 Up to £150,000 + outstanding benefits
Our client is a global leading IT Consultancy looking for an exceptional cyber security leader to build, evolve and lead a world-class Security Operations capability on a glabal scale!
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in complex environments, can inspire high-performing teams, and knows how to turn security operations into a true business enabler.
You’ll own and mature a 24/7 Security Operations function across:
🔹 SIEM & SOAR
🔹 Threat & Vulnerability Management
🔹 EDR / IDS / IPS / NDR
🔹 WAF & Email Security
🔹 Offensive & Defensive Security Operations
🔹 Incident Response & Major Incident Leadership
What we’re looking for:
✔ Proven experience leading global Security Operations teams
✔ Strong strategic and technical cyber background
✔ Experience building or transforming mature SOC capabilities
✔ Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes
✔ Hands-on mindset when needed
