The predicted salary is between 30739 - 30739 £ per year.
Temp - 12 months, 3 days per week, 9.30am-2.30pm; 2 days per week, 8.30am-3.30pm (including 30 mins unpaid break). Total = 28 hours per week/38 weeks plus 5 training days.
Salary: KSH FTE £44194 - Pro-rata £29411.00 + SEN allowance £1541.40 - Pro-rata £1328. Total = £30739.
This role delivers core subject learning to pupils both within school and off-site provision, helping children and young people re-engage with learning, rebuild confidence and experience success. Alongside tutoring, the role involves providing therapeutic and trauma-informed counselling support within school, helping pupils develop emotional regulation, resilience and positive relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships and who understands that behaviour is communication.
Qualifications:- Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH or additional needs.
