The Role As a Health & Social Care Trainer, you will:
· Deliver engaging, face-to-face training to groups of learners
· Uphold inclusive and learner-centred training practices
· Manage your own continued professional development (CPD)
· Represent Orchard Rock with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For Essential:
· Level 3 Award in Education and Training
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· A self-motivated and proactive approach
Desirable:
· Previous experience in training, teaching, or within the care sector
This is a field-based role with travel to different client sites. While some overnight stays may be required, we aim to keep these to a minimum and provide as much notice and support as possible.
