• Monitor actual and forecast costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying cost‑saving opportunities and value‑engineering without compromising quality or safety.
• Manage commercial risk and implement mitigation strategies where required.
• Oversee timely agreement of final accounts with the employer and supply‑chain partners.
• Maintain a proactive awareness of project‑specific health and safety risks; promote and reinforce safe working practices day‑to‑day across the project team.
• Contribute to the broader commercial team, bringing cost‑control expertise to support future residential, student and care sector developments across the Midlands and beyond.
