Site Manager - Facades / Cladding in Liverpool

You will be the primary point of contact on site for all subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.\\nKey Responsibilities\\nSite Leadership & Delivery\\n * \\n Manage and supervise daily site operations from mobilisation to completion.\\n * \\n Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe, efficient, productive working practices.\\n * \\n Implement construction programmes and monitor progress against key milestones.\\n * \\n Maintain high quality standards and compliance with project specifications.\\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\\n * \\n Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and welfare standards.\\n * \\n Conduct regular site inspections, tool-box talks, and risk assessments.\\n * \\n Maintain site documentation including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and incident reports.\\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\\n * \\n Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.\\n * \\n Chair site meetings and provide regular project updates.\\n * \\n Resolve day-to-day site issues promptly and professionally.\\nCost & Resource Control\\n * \\n Monitor site expenditure, subcontractor costs, and materials usage.\\n * \\n Assist with forecasts, valuations, and progress claims.\\n * \\n Coordinate deliveries and resource allocation to support progress.\\nQuality & Reporting\\n * \\n Ensure workmanship meets the required standards and specifications.\\n * \\n Prepare daily site reports, progress photos, and handover documentation.\\n * \\n Support snagging, commissioning, and project close-out activities.\\nPerson Specification\\nExperience\\n * \\n Proven experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager within construction.\\n * \\n Experience across a range of sectors, desirable but not essential.\\nSkills & Attributes\\n * \\n Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.\\n * \\n Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.\\n * \\n Able to motivate teams and maintain high standards.\\n * \\n Competent in construction software and technology (MS Office / reporting tools).\\nQualifications\\n * \\n CSCS or equivalent Site Management Safety Training Scheme certification.\\n * \\n SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or willingness to obtain.\\n * \\n Construction-related qualification (HNC/HND or degree) desirable.\\n * \\n Driving licence essential
