We are looking for an experienced Joinery Site Manager / Foreman to oversee a fast-paced shopfitting project in Kirkby, Liverpool.

This is a hands-on site management role, responsible for coordinating a team of approximately 15 joinery contractors while ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of around 15 joinery contractors.
  • Coordinate daily site activities and maintain programme schedules.
  • Produce and update weekly progress reports.
  • Monitor and manage project programmes.
  • Carry out site inductions for all operatives.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Liaise with the project team, client, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on joinery or shopfitting projects.
  • Strong knowledge of shopfitting and interior fit-out.
  • Ability to produce weekly reports and manage project programmes.
  • Experience carrying out site inductions and managing health and safety.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Valid SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred).
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • First Aid at Work certification is desirable.
