We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and reliable Building Fabric Technician/Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional with a strong background in installation, maintenance, and planned preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and PPM tasks to ensure systems remain fully operational
- Conduct fault finding and repairs efficiently and safely
- Undertake testing and inspection in line with current regulations
- Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately
Requirements
- Any trade NVQ level 2 - preferred but not essential
- Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and PPM works
- Strong knowledge of current building regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
