Job Summary

Our Client is a leading local and national product distributer serving a range of industries, from construction to contracting. In order to manage workload and internal promotions, they require an Accounts Assistant – Purchase Ledger to join a busy, friendly team.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of supplier and expense invoices
  • Processing EFT payments
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Dealing with supplier queries over the phone or via email
  • Liaising with branch managers

Qualifications

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Previous purchase ledger / accounts clerk experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be given
