Job Summary
Our Client is a leading local and national product distributer serving a range of industries, from construction to contracting. In order to manage workload and internal promotions, they require an Accounts Assistant β Purchase Ledger to join a busy, friendly team.
Responsibilities
- Processing of supplier and expense invoices
- Processing EFT payments
- Supplier reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries over the phone or via email
- Liaising with branch managers
Qualifications
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Previous purchase ledger / accounts clerk experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be given
