Our Client are a leading communications brand with an outstanding reputation for customer service and value commitment. An opportunity has now arisen for an HR Assistant. Supporting the Senior HR Manager, the HR Assistant will work across the following key areas:

  • Recruitment Administration
  • Offer & Onboarding Administration
  • Employee Lifecycle Administration
  • Absence Administration
  • Learning & Engagement Support
  • Compliance & Data Management

The ideal candidate for the role of HR Assistant will be:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
  • Previous HR administration experience within a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident IT and HR systems user
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
