Our leading Financial Services Sector Client is continuing a high growth trajectory, coupled with an ambitious transformation programme and is now seeking a Finance Administrator to join the internal finance team. As Finance Administrator, you will process both inward and outward client/company payments and assist with the reconciliation of multi-currency bank and control accounts.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Allocate incoming monies to client policies using in-house systems
- Ensure that all transactions reflected on bank statements/control accounts are reconciled to internal system transactions and are performed to company standards and within tight deadlines
- Assist with investigating/resolving any outstanding items on the reconciliations
- Using online bank systems, key client/company multi-currency payments
The ideal candidate for the role of Finance Administrator will have:
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Good investigation and problem-solving skills
- Be methodical and accurate
Desirable:
- Experience of reconciling multi-currency accounts would be preferable
