About the Role: Orchard Professional Solutions are currently recruiting 4 Sub Assembly Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in the Wakefield area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience using power tools and timber framing to work in a fast-paced production environment, assembling high-quality components to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble timber frame components and sub-assemblies
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Read and follow technical drawings and production instructions
- Ensure products are built to quality standards
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support other areas of production when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience using hand and power tools is essential
- Timber framing or construction experience preferred
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
