Group QHSE Manager Location: Melksham / Castlewood Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday–Friday We are looking for an experienced Group QHSE Manager to lead Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards across our two manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain QHSE management systems and ensure legal, regulatory and customer compliance. * Manage and improve the Quality Management System, including ISO 9001, audits, corrective actions and customer complaints. * Lead Health & Safety activities including risk assessments, incident investigations, training and contractor safety. * Oversee environmental compliance, waste management, recycling, energy reduction and sustainability initiatives. * Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies. * Monitor QHSE KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management. * Coach and support managers and supervisors to promote a strong QHSE culture. * Work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Senior Leadership teams. About You * Minimum 5 years’ QHSE, HSE or Quality Management experience within manufacturing. * NEBOSH General Certificate and Internal Auditor qualification. * Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and ISO 9001. * Experience leading audits and continuous improvement projects. * Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience within furniture, woodworking, upholstery or timber manufacturing would be advantageous. * Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or Lean/Six Sigma would be beneficial. Occasional travel between UK sites will be required.
