About the Role

Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are pleased to be working with a market-leading wood manufacturer based in New Holland, North Lincolnshire, who are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering training, overtime opportunities, and the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the production of wooden products
  • Operate automatic machinery and saws
  • Follow job plans and production instructions accurately
  • Ensure production targets and product quantities are met
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
  • Work safely and follow all site Health & Safety procedures
  • Use initiative and work effectively within a team

Shift Pattern

  • Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00 Monday to Thursday, 06:00 – 13:00 Friday
  • Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Thursday, 13:00 – 20:00 Friday

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
  • Must be able to travel to New Holland, North Lincolnshire
  • Reliable with a good work ethic
  • Ability to work towards production targets
