Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are pleased to be working with a wood manufacturer, based in New Holland, North Lincolnshire who are looking for Production Operatives to join their team.

Role responsibilities:

  • Support in the production of wooden products
  • Use and operate automatic machines / saws
  • Effectively follow job plans to ensure product accuracy
  • Follow job plans to ensure product numbers meet requirements
  • Training provided
  • Opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate
  • Be competent and able to use initiative to complete work
  • Work towards production targets

The role:

  • Required to work a rotating shift pattern;
  • Week 1 - (Monday - Thursday) (Friday)
  • Week 2 - (Monday - Thursday) (Friday)
  • £12.81 per hour
  • Overtime rate available
  • Located in New Holland, North Lincolnshire

The ideal person:

  • Ideally will have experience in a similar role / environment, although not essential
  • Will be able to work the rotating shift
  • Can travel to New Holland, North Lincolnshire
  • Must be competent and able to use initiative when working
  • Help create a safe working environment by following site Health and Safety

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leading manufacturer. Those who apply must be able to travel to New Holland and be able to undertake all shifts. All successful applicants will be required to complete an induction before starting, which will be conducted on site.
