Orchard Professional Solutions LTD are working with a market leading sofa manufacturer who are looking for Consumer Care Specialist to join their team.

Our Client are a market leading sofa manufacturer, with a turnover of close to 70m and home to around 5 brands. They offer a range of contemporary and classic styles to reflect the individual needs and lifestyles of their customers, feeding into over 600 retail outlets across the UK. They are proud of their British design and craftsmanship, with every piece of furniture they offer, handmade in the UK. The group excels in combining the best of furniture making methods with cutting-edge techniques.
Job Overview
As a member of the marketing team, your key duties will be to support the Head of Marketing in communicating the brand values and story through effective brand marketing materials, campaigns and activities.
Role duties will include but not limited to:
- Pick and pack consumer samples for 2 of the client brands
- Complete all fabric stock orders to replenish sample stock
- Liaise with the head of marketing for repeat sample cost
- Keep all samples packaging and literature stock up to date and liaise with the head of marketing for stock replenishment
- Fulfil all postcard requests to consumers/retailers
- Answer the samples phoneline and assist with all calls
- Franking and posting of all samples and office post
