About the Role

Working alongside the estimating team, you will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project requirements, and supporting competitive tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing cost estimates for modular construction projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Carry out quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Support tender and proposal submissions
- Maintain estimating records and cost databases
Requirements
- Previous estimating experience within construction or modular building preferred
