The predicted salary is between 49370 - 54142 £ per year.

Salary: Curriculum Lead Grade, Spine point 15 – 18, £49,370 - £54,142 inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, subject to salary review, plus SEN1 (£2,539) or SEN2 (£4,539) allowance for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

Location: Base location flexible dependent on where successful candidate lives, travel to all centres is essential.

Working Pattern: 36 hours, Monday to Friday, all year round (40 working weeks).

We operate vibrant community-based College Centres across London and Surrey, where committed specialist teams deliver a variety of programmes designed to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Students who study with us have a wide range of needs including profound and multiple learning disabilities, communication and behavioural difficulties and specific medical needs. All students are individual, and their learning programme is designed to support and empower them to achieve their aspirations and goals, whilst developing skills to become more independent members of their community.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Standards and Quality Support Lead to work closely with senior leaders to drive high quality teaching, learning, and student support across college centres. The purpose of this role is to support the ongoing improvement of educational standards, develop staff through coaching and professional development, and ensure that EHCPs are followed properly.
