We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Head of Qualifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about education and making a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the college’s qualifications offer for Entry Level 1 to Level 3.
  • Ensure full compliance with awarding body regulations and the college’s internal quality processes.
  • Ensure appropriate exam access arrangements and reasonable adjustments for learners with additional needs.
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students across all ability levels.
  • Provide CPD, coaching, and training on qualification requirements and inclusive assessment practice.
  • Lead, manage, and coordinate the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) team across all qualification areas.
  • Produce reports for senior leaders on outcomes, trends, and performance.

Key Requirements

  • Experience managing Entry Level to Level 2 qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of SEN, inclusive practice, and differentiated assessment methods.
  • Proven leadership and staff management experience.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
