We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Head of Qualifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about education and making a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the college’s qualifications offer for Entry Level 1 to Level 3.
- Ensure full compliance with awarding body regulations and the college’s internal quality processes.
- Ensure appropriate exam access arrangements and reasonable adjustments for learners with additional needs.
- Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students across all ability levels.
- Provide CPD, coaching, and training on qualification requirements and inclusive assessment practice.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) team across all qualification areas.
- Produce reports for senior leaders on outcomes, trends, and performance.
Key Requirements
- Experience managing Entry Level to Level 2 qualifications.
- Strong understanding of SEN, inclusive practice, and differentiated assessment methods.
- Proven leadership and staff management experience.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
